Who and What This Covers

The GENERA community project processes site, dashboard, and VANTEX AI data. We are not a commercial company or raffle operator.

Applies to registration, wallet, entry, courses, phases, referrals, and messages. Does not cover third-party wallets, explorers, Tether, or exchanges.

Smart Contract and Data

VANTEX AI syncs the dashboard with the on-chain contract. Connecting your wallet creates public blockchain data (address, txs, events). It cannot be deleted. We may store off-chain copies for the dashboard.

Data We Process

• Account: name, email (if provided), language, preferences.
• Wallet: public address, txs, signatures, vault events.
• Community: entry, courses, phase, cycle, seat, referrals.
• Technical: IP, device, logs, security, support.

Why and How Long

We use data to authenticate you, run entry/phases/courses, sync with the contract, prevent fraud, and provide support.

We keep what is needed while the relationship lasts and law requires. On-chain data stays public even if you close your dashboard account.

USDT and Providers

USDT depends on Tether and the blockchain network. GENERA does not control issuer freezes or policies.

We may use hosting, database, email, RPC, and indexers. We only share data when needed for the service or required by law.

Your Rights and Security

Depending on your country, you may request access, correction, or deletion of off-chain data. On-chain-only data may not be erasable.

Protect your wallet and seed phrase. GENERA does not ask for or store them. We are not liable for stolen keys, phishing, or signing errors, even if you used the site.
