Acceptance

These terms govern use of GENERA: site, dashboard, education, GENERA VANTEX AI, and smart contracts on blockchain.

By connecting your wallet, signing transactions, or using the site, you accept these conditions and the risks described. If you disagree, do not use GENERA.

What GENERA Is

GENERA is a community for education and entrepreneurship. We are not raffles, lotteries, or a betting house. We are not presented as a company selling prizes.

GENERA VANTEX AI connects the dashboard to the smart contract (e.g. GeneraVantexVault2 on BSC). The contract is public and runs encoded rules (entry, phases, payouts). VANTEX AI only syncs and runs off-chain queues. If dashboard and chain differ, confirmed on-chain state prevails.

Your Account and Wallet

You must be of legal age. Your wallet is yours: GENERA does not custody funds or store your private key or seed phrase. No one from GENERA should ask for them.

One-time entry in USDT (currently 100 USDT on BSC) plus BNB for gas. With it you access courses and the phase journey. Later phases are funded by the system under published rules and the contract.

Phases and Invitations

Seats fill in arrival order. When a phase closes, the contract may run programmed payouts. Each cycle may require two invitations to advance. Without invitations, education may continue; phase advance may not.

Site figures are illustrative. We do not promise income, timelines, or returns.

USDT, Crypto, and Risks

You acknowledge that:

• USDT is issued by Tether Limited (approximate USD parity). It has been subject to US and other authority requirements. GENERA does not issue USDT or control Tether.
• On-chain transactions are usually irreversible. Wrong address, network, or contract may mean total loss.
• There is volatility, contract bugs, network failure, phishing, and key theft risk. If you lose your wallet, recovery may be impossible.
• You must verify yourself whether crypto and stablecoins are allowed in your country.

Liability

To the maximum extent of law, anyone who maintains or represents GENERA—community, collaborators, or moderators—is not liable for loss of money or crypto, stolen keys, phishing, signing errors, contract, network, Tether, wallet, or third-party failures.

You use GENERA at your own risk. We are not your custodian.

Prohibited Use

• Fraud, money laundering, impersonation, or illegal activity.
• Manipulating the system or impersonating support to request keys or transfers.
• Presenting GENERA as a raffle, lottery, or making misleading promises.
